如果你曾经站在我们的店门口，看着招牌上的「面粉居」三个字，心里可能闪过一个念头——👉 是卖面粉的？ 👉 是卖糕的？ 👉 还是卖面的？ 别急，你不是第一个疑惑的，也绝对不会是最后一个。 其实，这三个字的背后，没有什么高深的品牌策略，也不是算过风水、看过笔画才定下来的名字。它的诞生，反而很马来西亚——随性、混合、多语言、很生活。 一切，要从一碗我们从小吃到大的「面粉糕」说起。 在马来西亚，这道食物几乎没有一个统一的名字。客家人叫它「面粉茶粿」，福建人说是 Mee Hoon Kueh ，广东人习惯叫「面粉糕」，后来再加上友族朋友的一句 kuih ，它又变成了「面粉 kuih」。 一碗面粉糕，名字却可以切换好几种语言。听起来有点乱，但我们早就习惯了。因为这正是马来西亚的日常——一句话里，华语、方言、英文、马来文，轮流上场，谁也不抢戏。 当年在为店取名的时候，我们并没有想太多。只是想要一个 叫得顺口、听起来亲切 的名字。 「面粉 kuih」在广东话里念起来，慢慢就变成了「min-fen-kuih」。而「居」，在广东话里，正好也是 kuih  的发音，
